Arlington, VA, a strategic choice for CMA CGM and ZEBOX due to its proximity to Washington, D.C., now hosts ZEBOXAmerica. ZEBOX, an incubator and accelerator for start-ups founded by Rodolphe Saadé, CEO of CMA CGM, is located in National Landing, a hub for major companies and federal contractors. Our team collaborated with global architect Nabil Gholam architects to create ZEBOX America, a state-of-the-art co-working space designed for Industry 4.0 start-ups. Utilizing shared VR technology and weekly virtual walkthroughs facilitated real-time collaboration among teams in the US and Europe, streamlining approvals and adapting to global supply chain challenges. The design eschews traditional desking in favor of flexible collaboration areas, with on-site supervision ensuring project goals were met. The space effectively accommodates and adapts to diverse start-ups.
