Boston Scientific and our team undertook an 8-year project to renovate and expand their property, which included 150,000 sqft of organically growing facilities in need of strategic upgrades. We developed a comprehensive vision for a new 80,000 sqft office building that aligns with Boston Scientific's goals and enhances staff experience while renovating MEP infrastructure and adding to existing facilities for more efficient workflows. The new two-story office building, designed as a prominent landmark, integrates with existing structures and community needs, including rezoning, new roads, and environmental protections. The modernized campus features adaptable floor plans, expanded meeting and collaboration spaces, and amenities such as a large cafeteria, fitness center, event space, and credit union branch, all tailored to support future growth and enhance the workplace experience for staff.
