This global specialty finance company was rapidly expanding and had 2 leased spaces that were designed very traditionally and lacked the needed collaboration spaces. Following a comprehensive strategy engagement which included key stakeholder interviews, leadership workshops, employee surveys and existing data collection we landed on a business case that met all requirements. The development of this business case was then translated to a tailored design and buildout that increased “chance encounters” between different business units, drove collaboration among teams and provided the flexibility needed for projected growth.
