The move from a previously enclosed space to a more collaborative environment was facilitated by Avison Young Studio Project Services, who focused on understanding ControlTek’s brand and people. The new office features natural light, swing chairs, and multifunctional rooms to foster interaction and curiosity. The design includes a large LCD screen for virtual reality, spaces celebrating the company’s banking and retail divisions, and a versatile peg wall for product display. A key feature is the lab, designed for testing and creating new products, incorporating wire mesh and pivot doors to enhance adaptability and innovation.
