Connected successfully transformed a 2,000sqm cleanroom for SC Johnson, leveraging our Lean Early Contractor Involvement (LECI) model. Our early engagement in strategy and design ensured a seamless transition from conception to construction, integrating advanced design solutions that enhanced functionality and optimized workflows. We collaborated with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and end-users, through focus groups, stakeholder interviews, end-user workshops, and space utilization studies to tailor every design decision to meet SC Johnson's evolving needs. This proactive approach allowed us to anticipate and address potential challenges, ensuring design assurance and coordination certainty. Our meticulous planning and early engagement significantly reduced costs and accelerated the project’s completion, resulting in a highly efficient and visually stunning cleanroom delivered on time and within budget.

The newly designed cleanroom features multi-functional areas that support various work modes, with a layout meticulously planned to streamline movement and communication, enhancing overall workflow efficiency. The cleanroom includes expansive workstations with sleek white surfaces and integrated sinks, large windows framed in blue for clear visibility into adjacent areas, and bright, evenly distributed lighting. Ergonomic design elements, such as adjustable-height desks and strategically placed storage units, support prolonged periods of focused work, improving operational efficiency and contributing to the overall well-being and productivity of SC Johnson's staff. Connected’s early involvement in strategy, design, and construction phases ensured a seamless and efficient project delivery.
