Justworks, one of the fastest-growing HR technology companies, relocated to 55 Water in the Financial District to accommodate its rapid expansion and enhance the employee experience. Partnering with our team, they aimed to create a workplace that embraced their culture, supported community, and provided flexibility for growth. Despite challenges like the Covid-19 pandemic, our team kept the project on track using creative communication and virtual site walkthroughs, ensuring the new office met Justworks’ vision. The new workplace preserves the essence of Justworks’ original space while enhancing it with strategic design elements. A neighborhood-themed layout offers customized areas such as quiet zones, phone booths, a library for focused work, and collaboration zones. The café and reception areas promote social gatherings and community building. Completed two weeks ahead of schedule, the new office has supported Justworks’ continued growth, proving to be a future-proof solution for their expanding needs.
