Connected undertook the task of revitalizing All Pumps' 1200sqm office in Melbourne by leveraging our Lean Early Contractor Involvement (LECI) model. By engaging early in the strategy and design phases, we ensured a seamless transition from conception to construction. This proactive approach allowed us to collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and end-users, to tailor every design decision to meet All Pumps' evolving needs. The early involvement ensured design assurance and coordination certainty, significantly reducing costs and accelerating the project’s completion. Our meticulous planning and streamlined construction process, led by our team of Technical Innovators, minimized delays and cost overruns, resulting in a highly efficient and visually stunning office delivered on time and within budget.

The newly designed office features multi-functional areas that support various work modes, from collaborative meetings to focused individual tasks. The central atrium serves as a vibrant hub with a welcoming reception area, a comfortable waiting zone, and a centralized social space. The use of warm colours, modern furniture, and biophilic elements enhances the workspace's appeal and promotes well-being. Additionally, features like a cozy lounge, stylish kitchenette, and suspended acoustic panels ensure a functional, quiet, and aesthetically pleasing environment. This design promotes interaction and teamwork, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose among All Pumps' team, ultimately creating a dynamic and efficient workspace that embodies functionality, optimized workflows, and a collaborative culture.

Connected transformed our Melbourne office with tailored design and meticulous planning, making the process smooth and enjoyable, resulting in a seamless, stunning space that fosters interaction, teamwork, and well-being, boosting our productivity and morale.
